1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Haki TCG ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Haki TCG app (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Analytics and Usage Data

We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how the App is used. This may include app events (such as opens or installs) and device metadata like device model, operating system version, locale, app version/build, and device name.

2.2 Subscription and Purchase Data

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. We receive subscription state and related identifiers from RevenueCat, but we do not receive your payment card details.

2.3 Support and Feedback

If you contact support, we collect the information you provide, such as your email address and the contents of your message.

2.4 App Data Stored Locally

Your collections, decks, scans, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device (and in the shared app group container for widgets). You can export this data if you choose, but it is not uploaded to our servers by default.

3. Camera and Images

The App uses the camera to scan cards. Scanning is processed on-device using machine learning. We do not transmit raw camera images to our servers unless you explicitly share or export them.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve core scanning, search, and collection features.
  • Measure performance and fix bugs.
  • Manage subscriptions and unlock Pro features.
  • Respond to support requests.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, such as analytics and subscription management providers, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics data is retained only as long as needed for operational purposes.

7. Your Choices

You can delete the App to remove local data. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
