1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Haki TCG (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

Haki TCG provides tools to scan, search, organize, and value One Piece TCG cards. Features may change over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some features require a subscription. Payments are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription terms, billing, and cancellations are governed by Apple.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the data you create in the App (such as collections and decks). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate the App.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Do not misuse the App or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Do not use the App in violation of any law or regulation.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services for subscriptions, analytics, or data sources. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of pricing data, card recognition results, or uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haki TCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
